System

The Cassette System is a premium, concealed-fix rainscreen cladding solution designed for contemporary architectural envelopes. Each cassette is precision-engineered from high-grade aluminium or steel, laser-cut and CNC-folded to deliver a flawless monolithic facade with crisp, consistent shadow lines.

Ideal for both new-build and refurbishment projects, the system provides rapid dry-joint installation with an innovative hidden clip-and-rail fixing system that eliminates all visible fasteners. Complete design freedom with bespoke panel sizing, extensive colour palette, and optional micro-perforated panels.

Technical Overview

Precision-Engineered Cassette Panels: Laser-cut and CNC-folded to exacting tolerances of ±0.5mm, ensuring perfect panel alignment and consistent joint widths across the entire façade elevation.

Concealed Clip-and-Rail Fixing: Innovative hidden fixing system eliminates all visible fasteners from the external face. Panels simply clip onto pre-installed vertical rails for a clean, uninterrupted surface.

Rainscreen Ventilated Cavity: Drained and back-ventilated rainscreen principle allows moisture vapour to escape naturally, preventing condensation accumulation and prolonging the thermal performance of the building fabric.

Thermally Broken Carrier System: Integrated polyamide thermal break profiles within the support rail system effectively minimise cold bridging, enabling compliance with current Building Regulations Part L.
