Based in Tower Hill, Central London, this project was commissioned by a leading investment company to carry out comprehensive inspections across the entire building facade. Our team was tasked with delivering both intrusive surveys and detailed condition surveys for every external facade element, to assess structural integrity, performance and overall asset condition for the client's commercial property portfolio.
To achieve full coverage of the complex building envelope, we adopted a multi-method access strategy. Internal inspections were completed safely using fixed and mobile access platforms. For external elevations and hard-to-reach areas, we deployed temporary cradles and professional abseil techniques. This combined approach allowed our surveyors to conduct thorough, detailed checks on every part of the facade without compromising site safety or building operation.
