A Landmark Development in North-East London
A project of superlatives has risen in the heart of North-East London. In collaboration with our partner Berkeley, seven towers were completed in three construction phases over a period of eight years. Beginning with the north-west block in 2013, Feldhaus undertook one of the most diverse and technically challenging projects in the company’s history.
Across all three phases, the development encompasses a total façade area of 56,000 m², requiring an exceptional level of versatility. Virtually every façade type was implemented — from punched and ribbon windows to unitized curtain walls, sheet metal cladding, structural glazing, and folding systems.
This flexibility in design and execution enabled Feldhaus to deliver a true “all-in-one” façade solution, meeting the project’s complex architectural and performance demands.
A particularly striking feature is the use of Alucobond pilaster strips that rise seamlessly from the entrance level to the penthouse crown of each tower — creating a distinctive vertical rhythm that defines the skyline of this remarkable London development.
