Situated in the heart of Bromley, this iconic town hall is a protected listed building with a two-storey steel frame structure. Our team was appointed to deliver a full range of external facade, glazing, roofing and architectural metal solutions, while strictly adhering to listed building conservation rules and modern construction standards. We integrated traditional architectural aesthetics with high-performance contemporary building envelope systems for long-term durability and operational safety.
The complete project included SFS cladding for the steel frame structure, fully ventilated zinc rainscreen systems, dedicated plant enclosures and external balustrades. We installed high-performance aluminium glazing suites, bespoke external canopies and concealed gutter systems. In addition, professional man-safe roof access solutions and full curtain walling & cladding packages were fitted across the building elevations. All works were completed to preserve the heritage character of this important local landmark.
