This comprehensive facade remediation project was carried out on a fully occupied residential development at Battersea Reach. All works were carefully planned and executed to minimise disruption to residents while delivering full envelope repairs, safety upgrades and compliance improvements. Our team completed a full scope of remedial works, inspections, testing and reconstruction to bring the building facade fully in line with current UK building and fire safety regulations.
The primary scope included the removal of the existing terracotta cladding system to provide full access to the SFS and underlying EPDM membranes. We carried out full renewal of all perimeter EPDM materials, alongside detailed inspections and formal reporting for cavity fire breaks. Following replacement works, extensive water testing was completed to verify full watertight performance. All on-site balustrading underwent professional load testing and full reconstruction to achieve required deflection compliance standards.
